It’s called the Sachs MadAss and it gets its power from 50 & 125cc derivatives of Honda’s single cylinder scooter engine. Prices start at $2k & $2.5k for 50cc and 125cc respectively.

I rode one of these back in.... 2008 ish. Super fun little thing. These come in a box right? Assembly required if I remember correctly

I don’t really have any logical reason why, but I totally love that thing. Especially in yellow.

I seem to recall an electric version of that available as well. They are heavier than they look though. Now that my commute is shorter, I may have to revisit the idea.

They are fun. For a fleeting few moments, I considered replacing my Cub with one of those. Instead, I put a high-compression, big-cam 125 in my Cub. Best of both worlds.
